Rehabilitation At Home and Community Treatment (RAHAT)
Within this initiative, community-based rehabilitation services are extended to individuals with severe mental illness who have disengaged from institution-based rehabilitation services. The objective is to support people with mental illness in achieving independent living within the community. Furthermore, the project plays a role in preventing mental health issues and advocating for mental health wellness for all within the community.

In the year 2024–25, the project provided rehabilitation services to 26 patients through a total of 299 visits. In addition, 88 telephonic sessions were carried out under this project to extend further support for individuals’ mental health needs.
